This is one of the first things I wrote this year, and also one of my favorites, and now i'm writing it again here at the end, glad for school to finally be over, but sad to leave behind so many memories.
Life is like a river
in the way it moves
in the way it runs
In the flow, life is like a river
Life always carries on
with or without you
like a river
Life has ups, and it has downs,
like a river does
But all things eventually end,
Just like a river does.
