You’ve heard from teachers and parents that alcohol is bad for your health,
And drugs of any kind can give you cancer and diseases.
Yet you are still asked by your classmates,
“Would you wanna try this drug with me?”
“Would you wanna try this drug with me?”
Or “Wanna try some alcohol with me?”
Though you and your asker know it’s bad for you.
Why do people just let the possibility of death reflect off of them,
Like mirrors reflecting sunlight.

The thought of losing your memories is horrifying.
Although, people still do drugs and get drunk.
Why. Are. People. Like. This?
The effect of memory loss.
The eyes of a drunk.
Lung cancer.
