I just finished with my flag waving tournament and we took 4th, go team! Although we could've taken 1st, but Molly fell down and broke her arm in the middle of the act so that totally screwed things up. Because of that, she's moved from 2nd to 4th on my best friends list. My mom says I still have to say that she's my best friend still, but she's really not.

At first I thought this was a true story. But after reading it, I'm thinking that it sounds like fiction. I like the narrator's "voice" a lot! Is it you? Or a character? :)
Good job with your flag waving tournament. It sounds like a lot of fun. It made me think of some lacrosse games I played. There were some messing up by my other teammates that made it hard to win the he games but, in the end they all try their hardest. Is this fictional or are you really a flag dancer because it sounds like a interesting sport?
